The official name of the Skyview North Homeowners Association is "Skyview Rod & Racquet Club".

The HOA serves a community of 115 residential properties located in south Fort Collins, CO.

The HOA owns and manages a 8-acre park adjacent to the community.

Currently, dues are set at $50/year with payment due April 1.

The Skyview North HOA does not enforce any rules regarding construction, landscaping, or architectural guidelines.

The HOA charges a Real Estate transaction fee: of $150. Prior to closing, sellers or agents should contact the HOA at skyviewnorthhoa@gmail.com to obtain an assessment status letter.

This letter will state the amount of unpaid dues and a request for a Real Estate transaction fee. Checks covering the transaction fee and unpaid dues should be made out to "Skyview North HOA" and mailed to Skyview North HOA, PO Box 270532, Ft. Collins, CO 80527
